Description Overview:-

To provide excellence in customer services within the Investor Services Customer Service Team, providing courteous and professional engagement with both private investors and Independent Financial Advisors. To work as part of a team, ensuring that the reputation of F&C as a leader in the service they provide is maintained at all times by every call answered meeting the high quality standards expected.

Key Accountabilities:-

„X Provide customer detail in accordance with the Data Protection Act
„X Answer enquiries covering investment products (PEP¡¦s, ISA¡¦s and Investment Plans), corporate actions, terms and conditions and general account information
„X Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible or passing effectively to colleagues
„X Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner.
„X Liaise with internal administration teams to answer any queries/errors or complaints.
„X Return customer calls within the times scales agreed.
„X Recognise and handle complaints in line with complaints handling process
„X Input 100% of customer calls into CRM system
č Seek to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
č Use company systems effectively
č Take an active role as a team member
č Pass on skills and expertise to others
č Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently
č Maintain an acceptable level of attendance, punctuality and general time-keeping
č Follow all relevant company procedures
č Follow company regulations on Health and Safety and maintain a safe and tidy working environment
