Description Do you possess excellent communication skills? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity within Customer Services?
Our client, a prestigious, forward thinking company want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls within a busy call centre environment. You’ll be dealing with general enquiries and taking orders. The position will also involve making outbound calls to customers and you’ll be required to do general office duties.

To succeed in this role you’ll possess strong customer service skills and have a customer focused attitude. The ideal candidate must be confident, self-motivated, passionate and have a good telephone manner.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm and you’ll be expected to work one in 3 Saturdays.

Part Time hours also available - 12pm to 4pm or 4.00pm to 8.00pm
