We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our key client, who are looking for Telephone Advisors to join their service centre team.

Main responsibilities will be contacting clients to chase completion of information packs and taking calls from clients.

The successful candidate will need experience of working in a Customer Service environment, an eye for detail, good numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Hours:
Full Time: Mon – Fri - 12:00 to 20:00, 13:00 to 21:00, 13:30 to 21:30

37.5 hours per week
