This is a Telephone Negotiator role working for a Debt Managment company. The role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to negotiate outstanding monies by reaching agreements on defaulting accounts. Other duties include:
- letter writing
- recording information using inhouse computer systems
- working towards team and individual targets
The successful candidate must have:
- excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- previous customer service skills
- good computer skills
- experience of working to target
- quick to learn
- ability to work on own initiative
Must be able to work:
- 2 late shifts per week and a minimum of 2 out of 4 Saturdays 9-5. The week you are working a Saturday you will have a whole day off in lieu that week
