Direct Vision is looking individuals to fill our entry level sales and marketing positions. Our organization provides a unique and skilled team of professionals who acquire and retain profitable customers for our clients.
Our clients use us to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. This job involves face to face sales of services to new prospects and generating new leads in a non office based environment. We provide our clients a professional edge over their competition, by providing professional people to represent their brand, products and services in which they provide.
Therefore, we cross train candidates in sales, marketing, management, and administration. This cross training allows candidates to advance from an Entry Level Position to Upper Level Management.
Our marketing strategy is simple: By meeting with our client's customers in face-to-face we can dramatically increase our client's sales without dramatically increasing their budget. Our technique is proven to be the most effective way to penetrate a target market and acquire new, profitable customers, while building relationships with our already existing customers. We meet with consumers during their normal routines, set up events at retailers, provide service business to business and grass root marketing in local neighbourhoods.
Our current goal is to have 10 more locations across Europe in the next two years including our recent international expansion to Spain last year! In order to make this a reality we will be developing our own managers (starting in entry level), rather than starting people with habits counteractive to our mission.

This is an opportunity for individuals without a lot of experience, but with an eye for future growth. We are looking for professional candidates who are team players to advance within our company. Compensation is based on commission and bonuses only. First year earning projections are £12,000 - £18,000 for the entry level position. We do not believe in income caps, which means your growth and income are unlimited, and determined by your ability and effort. This entrepreneurial opportunity affords you the chance to develop and manage your own account base.
Due to the high response for work and our aggressive expansion plans, we are encouraging interested candidates to submit their CV via the website. Our managers are selecting a few candidates for preliminary interviews.
Multiple interviews may be conducted over a 48 hour period for successful candidates, including a full day interview out of the office shadowing a representative from our company, before a final decision is made (this is still a period of observation & will have no claims for compensation).
