Description		Can you deal with difficult situations with a calm and professional approach? Do you have excellent customer service skills and looking for part time work? An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 x part time Helpline Advisors to work within a contact centre environment, hours are: • Part time Saturday & Sunday 8am – 2pm (12 hours per week) • Part time Saturday & Sunday 4pm – 10pm (12 hours per week) The role involves taking calls from all ranges of individuals that could be distressed or in an emergency situation. You must be able to keep calm and be empathetic at all times as you will be the first point of contact and they will be asking you for help whether it be calling an ambulance, contacting a warden or keeping someone calm in a stressful situation. If you have experience in a similar role or feel that you could deal with these types of situations and looking for a long term role then apply now with your full CV.
