A Bristol based insurance firm require an Insurance Customer Service Team Leader to join the busy IT department. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader is a senior Insurance Customer Service Advisor role managing a small team of application support analysts responding to queries and troubleshooting a variety of issues with their claims and other relevant applications from internal customers calling into the helpdesk. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader will come from an insurance background and will have used various insurance applications. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader will have some people management experience. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader will have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader will be IT literate and have good keyboard skills. The Insurance Customer Service Team Leader starting salary is �18-25k plus benefits.
