Our Client within the Customer Service industry are looking for a Bilingual German speaker to assist with high profile customers. This extremely fast paced role will require you to offer a completely outsourced service to your dedicated clients. You will work with assigned clients to understand their business objectives and manage their accounts. This will involve setting up new accounts to the system, conducting training sessions with customers and undertaking post call follow ups to review and improve services. Additionally you will provide departmental support to other colleagues, undertake research to resolve problems and get involved in departmental project work which will include report preparation and documentation. Working in an extremely dynamic and challenging environment suitable candidates must be Fluent in English as well as German. Ideally a Graduate with coursework in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Excellent technical knowledge in IT is essential to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint and some experience in HTML coding would be highly beneficial.
