Our client is the world's leading provider of building materials for pitched roofs, roofing components and chimney and ventilation systems.

They are looking for someone who is as passionate as they are about customer service.

With a proven background in customer care, you will be accustomed to dealing with all customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring that their query is resolved and maintaining the service that we are proud to offer. With a natural ability to build a rapport with each customer, you will demonstrate your amiable and friendly approach when assessing requirements providing assistance at every opportunity. With a positive outlook you will take pride in your work and be keen to offer each customer the best service.

Your excellent customer service skills will help to maximise orders, promoting loyalty within their client base and encourage more customers to use our client for their needs. Communication is the key to be successful in this role coupled with a confident telephone manner. As you will be responsible for accurate order processing, it is essential that you are computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
