Our client, a successful multinational online retailer, is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team of 10. The role is processing incoming customer orders via telephone and fax, dealing with queries and providing any after sales customer support as needed.

The successful applicant will have a bright and friendly personality and enjoy dealing with people. A customer service or retail background would be perfect.


You will work 40 hours per week, over 7 days. Having a day of in lieu if working over the weekend.
