Job Information
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £14,000 - £18.000
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Location: Head Office in Manchester
Normal Working Hours: Your usual hours of work will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive, however these may be subject to alteration in accordance with the dictates of the business. You are entitled to a one hour lunch break, which is normally to be taken between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. Depending on shift and cover patterns this may have to be taken at other convenient times.
Job Description
Based in the companies Head Quarters in Manchester’s this role encompasses a number or diverse roles within the organisation. Key duties are primarily to support the Sales function of the business which will include; preparing quotes, documentation and contracts.
The internal and external sales team will be providing support to Automotive dealerships throught the UK, you will be first line contact for the dealerships managing general customer service enquires through to following through in initial requests of the Account managers.
This is a fantastic role for a Customer service advisor or someone in a sales administration function who wishes to develop into a challenging role. Key duties for this roles will include;
• General administration duties
• Data entry
• Contract preperation
• Proof reading of documents
• Contract generation
• Customer service
• Complaint handling
• First point of call for customers
• Account coordinator for dealerships throughout the UK

Desirable Experience
We will expect that you are educated to at least GCSE standard, including math’s and English. With the level of support you'll be providing in some departments, you’ll have either 2 good A-levels or a few years experience in office administration (with or without qualifications).
