Our client, a successful multinational online retailer, is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is processing incoming customer orders via telephone and fax, dealing with queries and providing any after sales customer support as needed.

The successful applicant will have a bright and friendly personality and enjoy dealing with people. A customer service or retail background would be perfect.
