Great opportunity to join a busy distribution centre in the Purchasing department
THE ROLE:
To Liaise with customers and internal departments on any aspect of the business of logistics and to ensure customer service satisfaction and high quality service delivery are maintained.
DUTIES:
-Ensure all enquiries and problems are answered promptly
-Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customer
-Process customer orders
-Check and produce invoices
-Collate and complie statistical data
-Manage stock returns
-Check, investigate and analyse order discrepancies
-Communicate with external suppliers
EXPERIENCE:
We require an individual with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, good problem solver, forward planner with a confident manner.
SKILLS:
PC Literate
Previous customer service experience
