A fantastic opportunity has arose to work for one of the UK's leading financial organisations within their lively, vibrant and energetic call centre in Sunderland.
We are recruiting for the best of the best when it comes to customer service, to join our vibrant customer service teams during their afternoon & evening hours.
This particular role is looking after the needs of the Premier account customers who typically have higher earnings and/or sizable assets. Therefore an ethos of sales through service is key to your success within this department.
You will be the first point of contact for customers when they call, your role will be to problem solve anything that faces you from the simple to the complex, and through using your naturally friendly personality to build a rapport with your customer you will then identify their needs where you can suggest how they may benefit from other products/service our client has to offer.
You will be joining the team during their later hours on the following pattern:
Lates: 12 Midday – 11pm – 5 days out of 7.
These are ideal hours for students or individuals who are looking for a later start at work.
So the ability to work under pressure and to targets is a must for this role. In return for hitting your targets there is an uncapped commission structure as well as childcare savings, pension schemes, a private medical expenses scheme and flexible holiday packages.
