The Company
A leading credit/financial services organisation with an impressive portfolio of partners is looking to recruit experienced collections professionals to join their busy and expanding Operations department.
The Role
• Confident making and receiving calls, you will be responsible for liaising with clients that have missed payments or are in arrears with their payments.
• Professional and approachable you will work with the client in order to obtain outstanding payments in keeping with their contractual agreements
• Responsible for negotiating payment plans with clients in arrears where sufficient repayment cannot be achieved
Working hours
Shifts between:
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm
Saturdays 8am to 6pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
You must be flexible and able to work during all of the hours stated above on a rota basis

Experience:
You will be an experienced collector with a minimum 6 months experience working in a debt recovery/collections role.
Professional, confident and highly self motivated you will be ambitious, career minded and able to demonstrate outstanding client handling skills
