Your passion for customer service, ambition and desire to progress is what we are looking for in our Shop Managers. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the betting shop to ensure all offers are promoted clearly, all banking, cash control and policies are complied with.
You will build relationships with our customers and be responsible for motivating and driving your team to deliver an unforgettable innovative customer experience on every visit, whilst complying with the Gambling Commission regulations.
Your industry knowledge and customer service management experience, along with your ability to work efficiently under pressure, is essential for this role. Aged 18 or over, you will be numerate, have a flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work in neighbouring shops if required.
