Overview
With customers throughout the UK, my client is a specialist in servicing the needs of small to medium businesses. Priding themselves on giving a personalized service coupled with a corporate level of sophistication and expertise.
The business has set high targets for growth over the next 24 months and is fully prepared to invest in its sales and back office team to achieve its goals.
The current team of 5 is run by an assistant manager who has been developed within the business alongside managing director who is now looking to step back and become be more strategic.
My Client are looking to recruit an experienced customer services manager to replace the role currently occupied by the Operations Director.
The individual will need to have a proven experience of Customer Service gained working for a Telecoms company. The individual will have an in-depth knowledge of fault handling, billing and provisioning in the fixed line arena and all aspects of Network Services.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, be positive and professional with the ability to deal with complaints and be a charismatic leader.
You will also need to be fully IT literate and be confident and willing to take on new tasks with a flexible attitude to working.
With your drive and enthusiasm you will be part of our aggressive expansion. In return you will you will receive a competitive salary in addition to being continually rewarded based on the success of you and your team.
You will be a hands-on manager, coaching your team and driving forward by meeting targets, identifying prospects and developing your team members.
