Customer Sales Advisor - Customer Services - Guildford

Sales Advisor and Customer Service jobs in Guildford, Surrey. Zest are working in partnership with a dynamic optical service organisation who are looking for customer sales advisors to be a part of a multi disciplinary team based at their head office in Guildford contributing to the sales activities of the business. In addition to this aspect of the job, the Sales Advisor will also be expected to providing front line support to all existing and potential customers alongside supporting marketing team and professional partnership team in all aspects of sales and marketing and relationships with key business partners. Your role will be to assist in the production of management and sales information and providing support as required to staff and managers in all of the organisations offices

To perform this role you will have strong communication skills having worked in either a soft sales or call centre / customer service environment. You will be dealing with customer problems and enquiries in a non-aggressive style of customer care and handling at least 100 calls per day
