The company has been established for 17 years, dominating their market in supplying the prestige car industry. Their customers include Land Rover, Jaguar, and Mercedes along with many more franchise dealerships. They possess a powerful product portfolio and a top class service. They are looking for a Customer Services / Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Wirral, Merseyside. The person who is doing this job now is moving onto another division within the company, however will be training the successful person to do this job and will be on hand after this for ongoing support and advise. Truly an opportunity not to be missed in a company that do promote internal staff and have a great family feel! Right place right time opportunity!

The Role:

* Incoming calls from UK car dealerships requesting a quote
* Offering advice on products and services
* Using your knowledge and natural interest in cars and prestigious cars to build relationships with the clients
* Sending out quotes and proactively following up these quotes by phone
* Processing the order on the system and liaising with the companies installers to book in the work
* Contacting and managing the diary of the 9 UK wide installers.
* Using Microsoft Excel 2003 and Sage Line 50
* Working Monday – Friday!! 8.30 – 18.00

The Person:

* Strong background in sales is essential
* Passion for prestigious cars is key!!!
* Knowledge of UK geography is important as organising installers to do jobs UK wide
* Personality - Energy, positivity, edge, can do attitude is absolutely essential
* Hard working with a genuine career aspirations
* Target orientated with a desire to work in a fast paced, busy office
* If you have experience in car sales or telesales but have that passion/knowledge of cars then this would be a great move for you
* You must be able to build rapport quickly and build long lasting relationships

The Package:

* £18,000 basic with uncapped OTE year 1 £22,000
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays
