Client Services Coordinator £18,000-£24,000

Our client supplies its stock throughout the North of England. They are committed to supplying their customers with products of the highest quality. This is a family owned business and finding the right person for the team is key. You should enjoy working in a beautiful, rural location. This is a highly demanding and multi tasking role, you will need to posses excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. The suitable candidate may already be working in a PA, customer service, planning or Sales Administrator role.

We are looking to recruit a Client Services Coordinator. Duties will include but will not be limited to:

You will be the first point of contact for all clients wishing to place orders, you should be articulate and able to communicate at all levels. Part of this role involves planning transport routes for delivery to clients on a daily basis in the most cost effective way, local knowledge of the area is key. You will receive and process all customer orders for deliveries, providing customers with information concerning any changes to deliveries, quantity and shortages. Responsible for tracking all deliveries, ensuring all operations are carried out in line with UK and EU laws and regulations. Deliveries will be tracked on a web based tracking system.

Liaising with mechanics to arrange all vehicle maintenance and servicing, keeping a log of when they are due. You will be required to work very closely with the production team to ensure all deliveries are on target, any changes in orders are communicated effectively and carried out. This role requires you to check and double check all orders taken, processed and delivered to ensure our client delivers on time, every time. Keeping all clients up to date of any changes to scheduled delivery times.

Good forward planning skills are essential for this role whilst being able to organise work schedules. You will need to be an effective communicator as you will be liaising with clients, the team, drivers and the production team daily ensuring everything runs smoothly. There maybe times when difficult situations may need resolving where you will need to be empathetic but ensuring client satisfaction is regained. Attention to detail is critical as orders need to be accurate. We are looking for a logical thinker with good common sense who is looking for a new challenge.
