Customer Services Advisor

Customer Services Advisor required for a niche business based in Newton Abbot. The main purpose of the Customer Services Advisor will be to take customer orders and handle customer queries promptly and accurately whilst uploading a high standard of customer service at all times.

The role:
- Answering all telephone calls and efficiently returning client calls
- Accurately processing all orders
- Resolution of customer queries
- Responding to emails and written correspondence
- Dealing with credits and returns
- Advising clients where necessary of different products if out of stock

The Person
The successful candidate should be able to display previous experience within a similar role, coupled with excellent communication skills. This is a busy role and as such, candidates must be able to multi-task as well as hold an eye for detail. A good level of IT literacy is important including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
