Spring Personnel are currently recruiting for a customer services advisor for a well known successful company based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

Our client is a developing company who has seen significant growth over recent years. Based at their head office Nottingham you will join a friendly and well structure customer services team on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this role you will

·Work well as part of a team under the supervision of the management team
·Deal with incoming and outgoing calls
·Present details of additional services and offers to service users
·Provide information regarding payment plans
·Send out relevant correspondence
·Recognise and resolve queries in a positive manner
·Maintain a professional attitude at all times

The role is available on a full-time basis, parking is not provided and candidates must not have any holidays booked over the coming months.

The role offers an excellent working environment, good benefits and an hourly rate of £6.50 an hour with the potential to make the role permanent based on performance.

We are looking for reliable candidates with recent relevant work experience within commercial customer services.
