Customer Services Sales Advisor

Our client based in Poole are looking for Customer Services Sales Advisor based in Poole on a temp to perm. The main duties of the role will be handling inbound customer enquiries through phone, letter and e-mail with a professional courteous manner. You Will be adding value by upselling and exceeding targets through strong customer services skills.

What you'll be doing

* To answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
* Take orders and payments from customer in a timely and competent manner
* Correspondence with customer's by e-mail or letter
* Answer any customer service queries and resolve any issue as a matter of urgency
* Accurate logging of all calls and letters
* The ability to plan and organise your daily work load
* Daily use of in-house computer system (full training provided)
* Up/cross selling products by identifying sales opportunities from inbound calls
* Liaising with other departments as when necessary
* Flexible to assist the business as and when required
