Medical Insurance Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting exciting opportunities for our Newark based client who are one of the UKs leading insurance providers.
This rapidly expanding company is seeking Insurance Sales executives to work alongside the existing sales team, duties in this busy and challenging will include:
Using hot key leads and cold customer information to gain possible sales.
Retain and develop current client database- establish and develop excellent relationship.
Sell and advise new/ existing customers on Private Medical Insurance products ensuring the product sold is specifically tailored to the needs of the customer.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers ensuring a sale is secured in a considered and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate clients records and ensure correspondence is sent out in a timely and professional manner.
Manage your own portfolio of clients contacting them regarding renewals etc.
The ideal candidate for the role should:
Have a minimum of 1 years previous experience of working in a Customer Service/ Telesales role.
Previous experience of working within the financial services sector would be advantageous.
A knowledge previous role of Medical Insurance sales would be advantageous.
Have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service,
As the company is regulated by the Financial Services Ombudsman there are certain scripts which must be followed, all calls are recorded and constant training coaching is given. All potential employees must go through a criminal records check and a credit check. Plus previous employment references must be obtained for the last 10 years and all gaps verified.
Working hours are Monday- Thursday, 11am- 7pm and Friday 9am- 5pm.
