Telesales Consultant

Telesales Consultant required for our expanding client based near Portishead.

Location: Portishead
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Salary: circa. £16,000 per annum + commission (OTE: circa. £21,500 per annum)
Minimum qualifications or skills: educated to A-level standard or equivalent; a full driving license due to office location and visiting clients as required
Work experience required: previous inbound/outbound telesales experience essential; experience/keen interest in the healthcare arena desirable

Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Consultant to join their sales and support team, and drive this established business forward. This role will incorporate following up on customer enquiries, in addition to self-generated leads, and providing guidance on the products/services available. The ultimate goal will be to sell these products/services or to finalise acceptance of a trial over the telephone. From here, the post-holder will be encouraged to meet with clients and close the working relationship in person.

This role would suit an individual seeking a sales position offering both telephone and field-based sales.

Ideal candidates will be target-driven, have demonstrable telesales experience, good Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and interpersonal skills. In addition, the role will require the ability to establish and build relationships with internal and external contacts alike, and the desire to succeed in a supportive environment.
