CALL CENTRE HANDLER - based in Sheffield working for a energy management company!

Do you have extensive experience of working in a call centre taking inbound calls?

Do you have attention to detail and able to relate information over the phone onto the computerised system however focused on only offering excellent customer service?

Have you previous experience appointment setting to ensure targets are met?

We are looking for a call handler who is highly motivated and focused in providing a second to none service to all customers.

Are you a customer focused individual to ensure all data is verified by effective communication?

Can you work to tight targets whilst still ensuring customer needs are identified?

SALARY - £14,235

HOLIDAYS - 25 days plus stats

HOURS - 09.00 - 17.00 x 1 week out of 3.
12.00 - 20.30 x 2 weeks out of 3.
