Customer Services Representative - Lead Generation
TLA Permanent are currently looking for a Customer Services Representative (Spanish Speaking) Lead Generation for a large Pharmaceutical company in Surrey. Main responsibilitys will be to support sales opportunities by establishing customers needs and obtaining quotes, proposals and tenders from hospital pharmacies. Effectively communicating lead referrals and customer requirements to the customer service and sales team. To deliver an unrivalled customer service experience to prospects and customers through a prompt, effective and professional manner of dealings in all respects. Salary is £25k plus 25% bonus candidates must be Spanish speaking.

High level of competence in Microsoft Office
