My client, a leading building maintenance firm, based in Livingston, require an experienced Helpdesk Operator to join their expanding team.
EXPERIENCE WITHIN BUILDING MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL
The role is working on a busy helpdesk and includes:
Inputting of reactive maintenance calls onto a computerised system.
Categorising and re-sourcing the correct engineer within the nearest location.
Allocating work to engineers covering the region.
Working on Vixen and Clients systems.
Liaising with administration staff, management with regard toqueries on purchase orders, thresholds and call-out responses.
Handling telephone queries from clients and engineers on outstanding /ongoing or completed job status.
Constantly updating systems throughout the day.
Issuing of purchase orders within contract maximum spend values.

·Good communication skills are vital as contacts include Client Senior Management, sub-contractors and our Clients helpdesk.
