Customer Service Agent

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Customer Service professionals to join a large successful company working in their modern and energetic call centre. This role will be initially on a temporary contract for 12 weeks and will then progress to a permanent position.

An hourly rate of £6.08ph will be offered and once you become permanent the salary will be £11,700 per year.

What The Role Requires:

•Contacting customers as quickly and efficiently as possible by telephone.
•Recording all information obtained from calls on the system and ensuring the system is up to date
•Achieving targets set by your manager.
•Meeting other objectives as they arise in the future from changing circumstances.
•Any other duties commensurate to this role as may be required from time to time.

Skills & Experience Required:

•Basic keyboard skills
•Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
•Ability to work on own initiative
•Attention to detail
•Ability to meet targets
•Flexible approach to works
