Customer Relations Officer

Customer Relations Officer with Security Clearance required for our international client based in Gloucestershire.

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer - Security Cleared

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Minimum qualifications: educated to A-level standard or equivalent; DV security clearance ideal (SC clearance minimum)

Work experience required: previous experience in a customer-focussed environment essential

The successful Customer Relations Officer will be required to: develop and maintain client relationships at all levels; to manage a portfolio of responsibilities related to customer relations, complaints, customer access and service; to provide customer account support and ensure effective communication.

Essential skills include: strong inter-personal skills and experience of working in a customer facing environment; strong MS Office skills; good verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; able to work in a team environment or independently; security clearance - ideally DV clearance however SC clearance will be considered.
