Customer Services Agent (UK)
Excellent opportunity to build a Customer Service career in this expanding and well-respected Company. 37.5 hours per week. This is a role where you get the opportunity to be seen as a real 'expert' in a specific product brand.
You will be responding to a range of in-bound customer service calls, maintaining the accuracy of the database and will be trained to handle and any complaints politely and effectively in line with agreed timescales. You will also on occasion have the opportunity to attend exhibitions, client briefings and training meetings. The role is over 80% pure customer service and in the remaining time, you may follow up with some customers you have spoken to previously, to make a few low-key out-bound calls to clarify information or ascertain any potential interest in an event or a service. Please note, this is not a cold-calling sales role - the role would primarily suit a customer service candidate.
We are looking for a candidate with strong customer focus, an excellent telephone manner, a bright and positive personality and with the ability to update Excel spreadsheets. Previous Office or Customer Service experience would be ideal, but may not be essential if you are able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills.
