Temporary Weekend Customer Service Administrators
Our client is looking to recruit Temporary Weekend Customer Service Operators.
Receiving, dealing and concluding all inbound customer care line calls, e-mails and faxes, fault finding/diagnosis. Dealing with two week follow-up calls post install, service reminders and closure, concordance reporting, local fire service and electricity supplier liaison.
Skills & Experience:
Customer service or call centre experience is essential
Excellent verbal communication skills
The ability to deal with clients who may be distressed, upset or angry is essential
The weekend shift pattern is Friday - Sunday 7am - 3pm/3pm - 11pm/11pm - 7am.
