Receptionist

Receptionist Based in Christchurch

Salary of £9.50 per hour

Permanent position

Our client is looking for an Experienced, professional Receptionist to join this brand new Dental Practice based in Christchurch Dorset.

You will be the first point of contact for the practice so you will need to be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to make patients feel at ease on arrival.

Other duties will include:

Booking appointments
Meeting and greeting patients
Answering phone calls
Updating the R4 system
Promoting the services available

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as you will be involved in the start up of the practice which will include promoting the practice to new patients, implementing systems and ensuring that the a 1st class service is delivered.

You will also need to be flexible with regards to the working hours as they will include one evening a week and Saturdays' will also need to be covered on a rota basis.
