Senior Customer Service Account Manager – German speaking

We are currently assisting our client to recruit for the position as fluent German speaking Senior Customer Service Account Manager for their office in London City Centre. You will be dealing with very exclusive products in the high end luxury retail industry. The right candidate has to be well presented with excellent communication skills written and spoken in both English and German.
We are looking for only the Best – committed and able to work independently with a very strong customer focused work ethic.

THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE ROLE!

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle enquiries via email or telephone from UK and German customers
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service
• Keep track of the enquiries and follow-up
• Contact potential customers via email or telephone
• Deal with payments in a professional and confidential manner
• Assist the customer in their specific requests
• Order update and customer service throughout the order completion
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with customer before and after the sale

Candidate Specification:
• Bilingual, fluent written and spoken in German and English
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills, written and spoken
• Polite, professional and outgoing
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Hard-working and career focused
• Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience
• Good computer and IT skills, including the use of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Flexible to cover evening or weekend shifts if required

Location: London City Centre
Salary: 25,000-30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working times: normal office hours, Mo-Fr
