DUTIES: Our well established Dorset based client is seeking a customer services advisor to join their existing team. Hours of work are on a shift pattern : 8 - 4, 9 - 5, 10 - 6 on a rota basis.
This role will require you to put service at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for supporting colleagues and customers by delivering excellent administration skills, dealing with a variety of policy tasks to include personal and corporate quotations, new business processing, policy adjustments, renewals and literature orders. You will assist the Customer Service Team Leader through the day to day running of the business with individual and corporate clients by dealing with inbound and outbound calls. You will need to build rapport with colleagues and possess excellent communication skills.
