Description		To process purchase orders on computer system, obtain quotations for capital equipment, consumables and service contracts, compare and analyse quotes received and make appropriate recommendations. To identify new and alternative sources of supply, contact suppliers and arrange discount agreements. Trouble-shoot and resolve issues between internal customers and suppliers and maintain good working relationships both in face to face meetings and interactions over the phone.
