Description		Job Title: Expeditionary Logistic Support Consultant Location: South West England Salary: �38K - �45K The Background An expanding company offering a wide range of systems, software and project management services, this exciting company is looking to recruit an Expeditionary Logistics Support Consultant to join the company. In this position, you will be resposible for a variety of technical capability development research themes aimed at delivering real military benefit within the Expeditionary Logistic Support (ELS) domain. The Role: You will be required to act as a point of contact for all related tasks for ELS support. You will review and comment on the quality of outputs from internal staff and external contractors on tasks, as well as providing technical advice to staff and external contractors on logistics issues. You will also be required to act as a task manager for assigned tasks, and inform of any risks or issues, which may disrupt the completion of the assigned work. The Person: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of defence environments (particularly marine or air) and have a good understanding of MoD research and procurement processes and organisations. The ability to communicate with defence related organisations is required. You will have knowledge of Expeditionary Logistics Support management in the defence domain. Knowledge of Project and/or people management is desirable, as you will be acting as a Task Manager for related tasks.
