Description Our client are a hi-tech manufacturer and they are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills and some purchasing or progress chasing experience.

The main objective of this role is to liase with their manufacturing and 3rd party suppliers to ensure correct build status and ensuring any implementation of changes are carried out in a timely manner with full traceability.

You would also be accountable for:

* The management of manufacturing documentation including Bills of Materials, Drawings, Assembly procedures etc.

* Order placing and progress chasing to meet production deadlines.

Role Requirements:

Strong discipline in documentation administration, attention to detail and practical approach to management of the documentation process.

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and cope with multiple conflicting priorities.

Self starter, able to work unsupervised.

Some purchasing / progress chasing experience is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Some experience of working in the technology industry is desirable but not essential.
