They will ensure the effective and efficient operation in this time critical environment. 1. Ensure the appropriate mobilisation of resources to emergency, urgent and routine calls 2. Supervise day-to-day performance and welfare of staff. 3. Utilise vehicles effectively The successful Despatch Supervisor will be experienced in working in a busy transport environment. They will have a logical approach with good attention to detail. They will be confident with a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines.
