Description		Health and Safety Specialist for a Leading retailer provide practical advice, support, education and coaching at all levels to ensure that the Processing Centre remains compliant with all relevant Health and Safety legislation, Best Practices and the company's safety standards. Some of the general responsibilities include: Ensure compliance and implementation of the company health and safety policies and procedures. Implement any changes to safety rules, systems and procedures as advised by Regional Risk Manager and General Managers. Provide support, coaching and advice to all levels on best practice and legal requirements. Communicating legal information, obligations and information requirements received from head office and external bodies. Participation in site safety communications and review activities. Attend the site health and safety committee. Team player, Excellent presentation skills, Problem solving; ability to focus on root cause of any problems, offering constructive recommendations, Sound knowledge of related policies, legal requirements, procedures and best practice
