12 hour shifts based on a 4 on 4 off rota (days and nights)

You Must Have

Air Freight Transport experience
Be able to drive a Counterbalance fork lift truck and be willing to pitch in as and when needed
Supervisory and Transport planning skills
Computer literate
Good telephone manor
Customer services skills
Freight tracing Skills
Be capable of organising and controlling drivers
Open to regular OT shifts
Not afraid to enforce Discipline on Drivers
5 year check-able work history and CRB. Current passport and work permit.

And many other duties will be required for this position

We are looking ideally for someone who can think on their feet react on their own initiative, is not frightened to give instructions and reprimand drivers as and when needed. Have warehouse and office skills and is willing to pitch in on both sides.
