Distribution Technician

Our client is seeking a Distribution Technician to join their team reporting to the Customer Services & Distribution Manager.
Duties for this role will include:

Assisting with replenishment of packaging components from the warehouse to the packaging area.

Assisting with packaging and shipping area day-to-day house-keeping.

Assisting with device packaging.

Assisting with preparation of components for packaging runs.

Assisting with preparing customer orders for dispatch (applying labels, placing product into shipper boxes, taping up shipper boxes, palletising).

Assisting with transferring product in and out of storage area (physical stock movement, taping up shipper boxes).

Assisting with transferring outbound customer orders to Goods Inwards area for collection.
Perform all work with adherence to the companies Quality System and Health and Safety

Applicants must have a good work ethic and positive attitude, desire to get things right first time and take pride in work. Able to exactly follow written and verbal instruction. Good attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work well on own or within team
