Operations Manager

Interaction Recrutiment Milton Keynes are looking for a Operations Manager

You will working for a well known company in Milton Keynes

The operation runs 7 days a week, Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday 7am to 8.30pm, Sunday 7am to 5.30pm

40 hrs a week

There is a fleet of 10 x 7.5 lorries and 4 x Van's

Must have good understanding of HR and Admin, the systerm used is jarver, full training is given if not not used before

You will be liasing with customers. suppliers and transport

Planning and monitoring drivers

Must have CPC

Organising the recruitment and training of staff as well as monitoring staff performance and progress

Producing regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Experience is a must in managerment, warehouse, and parcel deliveries
