HEAD OF SALES/SALES MANAGER - IMMEDIATE START - PERMANENT £35K - £55K OTE - BASED IN COVENTRY - Our client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven individual to manage their sales department and help the already growing business. You will need to

Manage and report on sales activity
Prepare and present appropriate statistical performance analysis
Long term Customer development and relationship building
Mentor and drive staff
Optimise on all new and existing business
Excellent communication Skills
Proven track record of running a successful sales team
Have an entrepreneurial flair
