Due to continual growth JHP Training are currently looking for applicants who have three years supervisory experience, or qualified Trainer Assessor�s, in Childcare. The Role � To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of qualifications/frameworks through training and assessment to a caseload of learners in their workplace. � This involves ensuring that the learners receive appropriate support and reviews based on their individual needs. � The successful candidate will ensure that their learners complete the qualification within contracted timescales. � To aid in the recruitment of learners, being rewarded by their successful development. The Person � You will have at least three years supervisory experience in the relevant occupational competence. � An A1/D32/D33 training qualification is desirable. � Knowledge of Government funded programmes would be an advantage. � You will be able to drive and have access to your own car.
