Description		Freelance NVQ Assessors - Various - South Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading, ITQ This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Assessors to join a rapidly expanding training and adult learning based organisation in South. As part of the government's Train to Gain initiative, they are currently looking for qualified NVQ Assessors in Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading and ITQ to cover a defined territory within Hampshire, Surrey or West Sussex area. They are looking for Assessors to work on a long-term freelance, contract basis. You will be paid per learner you take on board, which allows an excellent opportunity to heighten your potential earnings vs. permanent employment. This rewarding, dynamic role will allow you to draw on your experience of Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading or ITQ to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. Travelling around the region to liase with learners in their workplaces, your specific responsibilities will include; - Coaching, assessing and maintaining a case-load of learners, enabling them to achieve their NVQ qualification - Maintaining current occupational records - Monitoring learners in the workplace - Assisting in the marketing of the company's programmes to potential learners and employees - Liasing with other Assessors and IV's - Recruitment of Learners and New Starts It is essential you already have the D32/D33 or A1 qualification coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and support a range of learners. It is also important that you have experience delivering NVQs in 2 or more of these areas � Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading and ITQ. You will be paid �350 for each learner you take through a 4 month course (in an 2 instalments for sign up and then completion). You can expect to earn the equivalent of c. �40,000 p/a.
