Description		JHP Training need an experienced Entry to Employment Tutor in Birmingham. You will deliver training and support to learners with the aim of moving them into employment. You will assist with the development and delivery of imaginative and innovative programmes of learning that will help learners achieve their individual learning outcomes related to personal, social and vocational development. You'll have Basic Skills experience as well as experience of tutoring adult literacy/numeracy and knowledege of Learn Direct courses and process. Excellent communication skills, good IT skills, knowledge of Learn Direct courses and processes and good administrative and organisational abilities are essential.
