Description		NVQ Sales Advisor - Hospitality - North West Are you an excellent communicator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, which will involve liasing with local businesses and their employees? One of the UK's largest Training Providers are currently looking for a NVQ Sales Advisor - Hospitality to cover the North West area. Your role will involve promoting their government funded work-based training schemes to local businesses within Hospitality Industry, as well as interviewing learners and enrolling them onto courses. Previous experience in the training industry is not necessary. Your background could be in sales or customer service. Alternatively, you may be working within the hospitality industry - and looking for a new challenge. This role will suit someone who has the ability to manage their own time, as you will work remotely, travelling between local businesses to speak to Managers and potential learners. (The full support of an established Operations team will be available). Your ultimate goal will be to increase the number of businesses and learners who take part in these government funded schemes, through; - Visiting Managers of businesses to promote the idea of their employees undertaking the courses - Interviewing learners to check their suitability for the courses - Delivering induction programmes for new learners - Monitoring, updating and liasing with NVQ Assessors - Liasing with careers services to promote the courses - Attending relevant events and exhibitions and generally supporting the sales and marketing strategy - Updating and completing employer / learner related paperwork It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, coupled with the confidence to deal with Managers / Employees of all levels. It is also important that you are able to travel around frequently within the North West area.
