Description		A specialist training provider with a range of public and private sector clients across the UK. They are looking for a Training Specialist - Maintenance, Defence - M.O.D for the Hampshire/Berkshire Area This dynamic role will allow you to draw on your experience of maintenance and working with the MOD, to manage training and development related activities. Your specific responsibilities will include; - deliver safe, effective training that meets the requirements of all stakeholders. - manage, facilitate and attend as required meetings, conferences, workshops - devise, develop and produce all training media - ensure adherence to budgetary and financial procedures. - recruit and manage vehicles training and development programme It is essential you are have excellent experience in maintenance and of training & instructing. It is also important to have an understanding and practical experience of the using SAT methodology & InVal reports A learning & development qualification is preferred but by no means essential. Proactive, dependable 'people person' with excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude. The basic salary is �28K & excellent benefits inc. 25 Days holiday, Free healthcare on 1 years Service, Pension plan with company contribution of 3% on 1 years service. Corporate leisure centres- reduced rates, Life Assurance- 4 x salary, Mileage- 30p a mile, Mobile phone bills paid for business calls.
