Description		NVQ Sales Advisor - South East Are you an excellent communicator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, which will involve liasing with local businesses, national contracts and their employees? One of the UK's largest Training Providers are currently looking for an NVQ Sales Advisor to cover the South East area outside the M25 in Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & Sussex. Your role will involve promoting their government funded work-based training schemes to local businesses and national contracts, as well as interviewing learners and enrolling them onto courses. Previous experience in the training industry is not necessary. Your background could be in sales or customer service. Alternatively, you may be working within one of the industry sectors that their courses cover - Retail, Hospitality, Leisure - and looking for a new challenge. This role will suit someone who has the ability to manage their own time, as you will work remotely, travelling between local businesses to speak to Managers and potential learners. (The full support of an established Operations team will be available). Your ultimate goal will be to increase the number of businesses and learners who take part in these government funded schemes, through; - Visiting Managers of businesses to promote the idea of their employees undertaking the courses - Interviewing learners to check their suitability for the courses - Delivering induction programmes for new learners - Monitoring, updating and liasing with NVQ Assessors - Liasing with careers services to promote the courses - Attending relevant events and exhibitions and generally supporting the sales and marketing strategy - Updating and completing employer / learner related paperwork It is essential that you have good sales skills and experience targeting customers over the phone.It is also important that you are able to travel around frequently within the South East area - Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & Sussex. They are looking for candidates who are tenacious, target driven, confident presenting as well as organised and methodical. - Basic starting salary of �16K-17.5K - 35p per mile when travelling on business - Contributory company pension scheme - Access to a flexible benefits scheme - Bonus - Company Car scheme after 18 months To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
